About Me

I initially trained as a transpersonal person-centred counsellor, and follow the needs of you as a client because I firmly believe that you have the answer within you. If necessary we can draw on other forms of therapy I have trained in over the years, such as relaxation, visualisation, or drawing, to name but a few, but always at the heart of it you will be in charge of how fast or slow you go. I will be there for you – walking alongside you to enable you to realise your potential to be the person you are entitled to be. Through counselling it is possible to become aware of your true self and what you can be.

When we experience issues which restrict growth, such as

  • Loss
  • Bereavement
  • Depression
  • Bullying at work or school
  • Sexual or physical abuse
  • Negative relationships in your family or personal life
  • Anxiety

It is possible in a counselling relationship to safely and confidentially explore these issues, and in turn experience growth and peace – enhancing your quality of life. Remember that nothing is too small if it worries you.
