Q: Is counselling for me?
A: If you have exhausted every way of dealing with issues that trouble you, no matter how small it seems to you, then counselling may be for you. You will be able to talk to someone who will have the time to listen, support and help you clarify what is often a resolution already within you, with the knowledge it is in a confidential setting.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: I usually charge £40 for individuals per session. £50 for couples. I do have some concessions available, so please ask.

Q: What if I have to cancel a session?
A: If you cancel a session with less than 24-hrs notice the session is still chargeable, but again we can discuss this.

Q: How long is a session?
A: A session lasts for one hour.

Q: I work all day.
A: That is not a problem I can see you in the evenings or sometimes on Saturdays.

If you have any further questions please contact me by telephone or email when I will be happy to discuss any queries you have.
